If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may take longer. In such cases, we will notify you by email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
- UK Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days
- UK Express Delivery: 1–2 business days
- International Delivery: 7–14 business days (depending on destination)

Please note that delivery delays may occasionally occur due to postal services or customs.

3. International Shipping
We offer international shipping to selected countries. Shipping fees and delivery times vary by location.

Customs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Loyse 888 LTD is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

5. Wrong Address Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

Loyse 888 LTD is not liable for packages lost or damaged during transit.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier immediately and also email us at loyse888@outlook.com with photos of the damaged item/package.
